Award winner and festival favorite at the Chandler International Film Festival, In a World of Hurt takes on the story of a gender struggle in the old west when Sheriff Scarlet is fired from protecting the town of Sallow by its mayor, who’s scared that now isn’t the best time to have a woman protecting his town. Once the dreaded Aldritch gang hears that Scarlet no longer has her badge, they begin to plot their revenge for what Scarlet did to their family years ago.
